Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Litouwen tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
For the purposes of this Article, profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation in international traffic of ships and aircraft include profits derived by the enterprise from the rental on a bareboat basis of snips and aircraft if operated in international traffic as well as profits derived from the lease of containers if such rental or lease profits are supplementary or incidental to the profits described in paragraph 1.
