Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en Roemenië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en naar het vermogen
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 11, if and as long as the Netherlands, under its national legislation, levies no withholding tax on interest paid to a resident of the other Contracting State, the percentage provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 11 shall be reduced to 0 per cent.
