Deze afdeling is van toepassing op het vaststellen van programma’s als bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0037885" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">paragraaf 3.2.2</a>of <a href="/wet/BWBR0037885" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">3.2.4 van de wet</a>.
