Artikel 4.16

Als organisaties die een duurzaam beheer van populaties van in het wild levende dieren in voldoende mate verzekeren als bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0041330/artikel/11.64" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 11.64, eerste lid, onder d, onder 3°, van het Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving</a>worden aangewezen:
a. G.A. van der Lugt Stichting;
b. Heerlijkheid Mariënwaerdt B.V.;
c. It Fryske Gea;
d. Staat der Nederlanden, voor zover het betreft de militaire luchthavens, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, onder a, van het Besluit militaire luchthavens;
e. Staatsbosbeheer;
f. Stichting Edwina van Heek;
g. Stichting Flevo-Landschap;
h. Stichting Het Drentse Landschap;
i. Stichting Het Geldersch Landschap;
j. Stichting het Goois Natuurreservaat;
k. Stichting Het Groninger Landschap;
l. Stichting het Limburgs Landschap;
m. Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe;
n. Stichting Het Noordbrabants Landschap;
o. Stichting Het Utrechts Landschap;
p. Stichting Het Zeeuwse Landschap;
q. Stichting “Het Zuid-Hollands Landschap”;
r. Stichting Huis Deelerwoud;
s. Stichting Landgoed Windesheim;
t. Stichting Landschap Noord-Holland;
u. Stichting Landschap Overijssel;
v. Stichting Marke Vragender Veen; en
w. Vereniging tot behoud van Natuurmonumenten in Nederland.
