De belasting bedraagt het hoogste percentage, bedoeld in <a href="/wet/BWBR0002672/artikel/22" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 22 van de Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969</a>, van de voordelen, bedoeld in artikel 3.1.
