Een zelfsluitend constructieonderdeel als bedoeld in de <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.138" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 2.138</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.144" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">2.144</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.168" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">2.168</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.177" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">2.177 van het Bouwbesluit 2003</a>mag niet in geopende stand zijn vastgezet, tenzij het constructieonderdeel bij rook als gevolg van brand automatisch wordt losgelaten.
