Een zelfsluitend constructieonderdeel als bedoeld in de <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.107" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 2.107</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.114" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">2.114</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.119" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">2.119</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0012727/artikel/2.124" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">2.124 van het Bouwbesluit 2003</a>mag niet in geopende stand zijn vastgezet, tenzij het constructieonderdeel bij brand automatisch wordt losgelaten.
