Regeling aanwijzing volkenrechtelijke organisaties in Nederland

Als volkenrechtelijke organisatie bedoeld in artikel 14, eerste lid, van het Besluit uitbreiding en beperking kring verzekerden volksverzekeringen 1999en artikel 7, eerste lid, van het Besluit uitbreiding en beperking kring verzekerden werknemersverzekeringen 1990worden aangewezen:
1. de Verenigde Naties: a. International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY);
b. International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR);
c. United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP);
d. United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR);
e. United Nations University (UNU);
f. United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization-International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, Institute for Water Education (UNESCO-IHE);
a. International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY);
b. International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR);
c. United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP);
d. United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR);
e. United Nations University (UNU);
f. United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization-International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, Institute for Water Education (UNESCO-IHE);
2. het Internationaal Gerechtshof (International Court of Justice);
3. International Criminal Court (ICC);
4. het Permanente Hof van Arbitrage (Permanent Court of Arbitration);
5. de Haagse Conferentie voor Internationaal Privaatrecht (Hague Conference on Private International Law);

13. het Iran-United States Claims Tribunal (IUSCT);
14. de African Management Services Company (AMSCO);
15. de Internationale Organisatie voor Migratie (IOM);
16. het Gemeenschappelijk Fonds voor Grondstoffen (CFC);
17. de Organisatie voor het Verbod op Chemische Wapens (OPCW).

De regeling van de Staatssecretaris van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid en de Staatssecretaris van Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Cultuur van 21 augustus 1991, Stcrt. 167, wordt ingetrokken.

Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van de tweede dag na de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin zij wordt geplaatst.
