Wet luchtvaart
1. Er is een organisatie voor het verlenen van luchtverkeersdiensten. Hij heeft rechtspersoonlijkheid.
2. Op de in het eerste lid bedoelde organisatie is de <a href="/wet/BWBR0020495" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen</a>van toepassing, met uitzondering van de <a href="/wet/BWBR0020495/artikel/15" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 15</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0020495/artikel/18" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">18 van die wet</a>.
2. Op de in het eerste lid bedoelde organisatie is de <a href="/wet/BWBR0020495" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen</a>van toepassing, met uitzondering van de <a href="/wet/BWBR0020495/artikel/15" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 15</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0020495/artikel/18" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">18 van die wet</a>.
