Algemene wet bestuursrecht
Tegen een uitspraak van de rechtbank of van de voorzieningenrechter omtrent een besluit, genomen op grond van een in dit artikel genoemd voorschrift of anderszins in dit artikel omschreven, kan hoger beroep worden ingesteld bij een gerechtshof.
